- Select Call Settings and then tap on Voicemail.

Disable Call Forwarding

- Dial *73 on the Keypad.
- Wait till a ‘beep sound’ is audible, then disable call forwarding.
Permit Visual Voicemail to use Background Data

- Go to Settings on your Android Device.
