Persona 3 Reload: Which Spiral is not an Algebraic Spiral?
This is easy for a Math whiz, but if you’re not one, don’t worry! Here’s the correct answer for this question in P3R.
In Persona 3 Reload, you play as a high school student and that means, you have to go to school, study and give exams before going to Tartarus. During one such math classes, you will have to answer the question “Which Spiral is not an Algebraic Spiral?” and if you’d like to increase your Charm by answering correctly, here’s the right answer for this one.
Which Spiral is not an Algebraic Spiral in Persona 3 Reload?
This question comes with 4 diagrams marked A, B, C, and D. The correct answer is that A is not an Algebraic Spiral because it is a Logarithmic Spiral instead.
Once you give the right answer, Ms Miyahara explains, “When the golden ratio is the growth factor, it’s called a golden spiral. Just as the name implies, you can graph an algebraic spiral using an algebraic equation. B is the Archimedean Spiral, C is a Parabolic Spiral and D is a Lituus. All of which are Algebraic Spirals.”
“Since A is a Logarithmic Spiral, it’s not considered an Algebraic Spiral. It’s a common spiral found in nature, such as on nautilus shells and sunflower seeds. No matter how far you scale in or out, the shape remains roughly the same. This is called self-similarity.” Who says gaming is just for fun? You can learn a lot too!
While you can choose to give the wrong answer, if you’re focused on increasing your Charm and gaining more popularity, it’s crucial to give the right one every time because it will build up quite slowly otherwise. Answering a question correctly will give you +1 Charm.
Apart from this, you can visit Chagall Cafe and spend 500 Yen to get +2 Charm. You can also head to Hagakure Ramen (+3 Charm, 900 Yen), Screen Shot Theater (+4 Charm, 1500 Yen), and the Summer Film Festival on August 22, 23, and 30 to help you with increasing this social stat.
We are covering answers for more questions that will not only come in handy during classes but also during your exams. Be sure to check our P3R guides for useful hints.
