With Roblox Premium, you can get monthly Robux, exclusive items, discounts in the Avatar Shop and more benefits, but if you no longer want to continue the subscription, here’s how to cancel Roblox Premium. Where you bought it from makes a difference and here are the cancellation steps for each type of purchase.

Keep in mind that you can cancel at any time, but you’ll still have access to Premium benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling does not lead to a refund and to avoid getting charged again, it’s best to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How to Cancel Roblox Premium

Desktop or Browser App:

• Make sure you’re logged into the Roblox account with the active Premium membership.
• Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the Roblox window.
• Navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab.
• You’ll see your Roblox Premium membership details.
• Click the “Cancel Renewal” button and follow the confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation.

Mobile App (through the App Store or Google Play)

If you purchased the subscription from your iOS device, go to the Settings App and tap your name to cancel it. Then, tap on Subscriptions. Tap the subscription you want to cancel and hit the Cancel Subscription button.

If you purchased your Premium Membership via Google Play, you can cancel via the Roblox Settings page or directly from Google Play.

Canceling via Google Play:

• On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
• Select the subscription you want to cancel.
• Tap Cancel subscription.
• Follow the instructions that appear after that.

Purchased through Windows or Amazon app stores:

Memberships bought this way are typically one-time purchases for a single month and won’t auto-renew, so no cancellation is necessary.

Why Can’t I See a Cancel Button for my Roblox Premium Subscription?

There are a few reasons why:

• The account you’ve logged in with does not have a Roblox Premium subscription.
• You are trying to cancel the subscription from the Xbox One app. Cancellation is only available on the payment method on which you bought the membership.
• The account in question does not have a currently active recurring membership.
• The membership may have expired or was canceled already beforehand.
• The payment method does not renew.
