How to Complete the Mission

When you get near him, you’ll see that he’s talking to some thugs. If he gets alerted of your presence, he will try to run off, so the best thing to do would be to use a Sniper Rifle to kill the other thugs around him in quick succession.

Once you do that, get in the car and catch Larry before he manages to escape. Once you get close enough, hit him with your Bison in a way that makes him surrender because ideally, you want to capture him alive. Another option is to shoot at his legs but it’s better to just lightly hit him with the car. If you end up killing him, you will still get $5000 but the reward doubles if you don’t.

When he gives up, he will reveal his history with dr*gs and some more interesting dialogues will unfold as well. Capture Larry, take him to Maude, and collect your $10000 reward.
