The Thermal Undershirt is an accessory that your character can equip to get a slight increase in Cold resistance. To get it, though, you must spend 1000 Gold Coins at the Wandering Merchant in Duneshelter. It cannot be crafted in any other way.

Like the Thermal underwear, you can buy the Heat-resistant versions of them at the same place. Head to Duneshelter, find the Wandering Merchant and buy them for 1000 Gold Coins.

How to Make Gold Coins Fast
