Why is my Account Disabled on Discord?

How to Recover a Disabled Discord Account

If your account was unfairly disabled, you can send a support ticket to Discord.

1. Head to the official Discord support link.
2. Under “What can we help you with?” select “Appeals & Age Update Requests” from the drop-down options.
3. Type your email address – make sure it’s the one associated with your Discord account.
4. Under “How can we help?” choose “Appeal an action taken on my account or bot.”
5. And under “What would you like to appeal?” select “An action taken on my account.”
   
   
6. Now add a subject, a clear, polite, and respectful description about why your account was falsely disabled, and request the support team to help you recover the account.
7. Add attachments if required and hit Submit.

You may need to wait for at least 24 hours (which can extend to a few days due to the sheer number of customer support requests Discord gets). After a while, you will get a reply via email (check the Spam folder as well). Make sure to avoid sending multiple requests and spamming Discord’s mentions on social media. There’s no guarantee that you will get your account back, but you might get a more specific reason about why the account was actually disabled by Discord.
