To register for the closed alpha test, you need to follow these steps:

  • Head to the official Suicide Squad website and log in with your WB Games account.
  • Enter your date of birth and sign up.
  • The devs have a form for you to fill, including questions like the platform you play games on, which game genres you frequently play, your motivations for playing games and how many hours a week you spend gaming.
  • Submit your answers and await a response from WB Games. Registration does not guarantee access to the playtest but it sure does give you a chance to do so.

While the closed alpha preview will be free, you will have to sign an NDA to avoid pre-release leaks or spoilers. In return, the devs will collect valuable user feedback to help them improve the product before its final release.

In case you don’t get in, but intend to buy the game, you can pre-order it right now. Players who pre-order the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Deluxe Edition will receive up to 72-hour early access.

Rocksteady’s new title has a lot of expectations riding on it

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been highly anticipated due to multiple reasons. It’s a new installment from Rocksteady Studios, the Suicide Squad IP is an interesting one and it is part of the Batman: Arkham universe, taking place 5 years after the events of Batman: Arkham Knight.

The game is going to have a Battle Pass post-launch which will be cosmetics-only. This will allow players to earn new outfits, emotes and other items to customize characters. Every new season will have a new battle pass and will also have free tiers available at no cost. There will be no pay-to-win mechanics in the battle pass.

As per the official website’s FAQ section, the game will also have regular post-launch seasonal updates, earnable at no additional cost through playing the game. Updates will include new story content, playable characters, missions, gear, weapons, cosmetic items, in-game events, and more.

Rocksteady also revealed a 20-minute gameplay video which was received with mixed reviews. Check out the video here:
